About Villa Grande

Villa Grande is an air conditioned luxury family holiday villa with 5 bedrooms, a beautiful private pool and gardens and many extras to keep all members of the family happy.

The villa is built on 2 levels with the large entrance hall opening into the very spacious living room, with separate dining area off. Patio doors lead onto a large balcony which overlooks the garden and pool below and from where you have beautiful sea views. A feature brick arch opens onto the dining area with lofty beamed ceiling and floor to ceiling windows. Satellite TV is installed in the lounge.

Also on this floor is the large kitchen and breakfast room, this is fully fitted with dishwasher, hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, pantry etc.

There are also 2 double ensuite bedrooms on this floor along with a guest w.c.

Downstairs are 3 further bedrooms, the master room has a large full ensuite bathroom with separate shower cubicle plus a 42in plasma TV and DVD player and patio doors directly out onto a terrace and the gardens. There is also a charming children's bedroom with bunk beds and patio doors to the garden plus a further double bedroom. Also on the ground floor is a delightful children's playroom with a good supply of toys, a utility room with 2 automatic washing machines and 2 tumble dryers and an office area with internet connection.

Outside is a beautiful heated swimming pool, BBQ area along with plenty of sunbeds all set in a private lawned garden from which you have good sea views. In addition there is also a jacuzzi/hot tub on the patio and an imaginative children's playground with swings, slides, a play house and a child friendly bark chip surface.

The villa also boasts a private gated access and plenty of parking.

In conclusion then this beautiful villa combines very effectively both luxury holiday accommodation along with an extremely family friendly environment.

About Calahonda, Costa del Sol

Calahonda is a growing holiday resort, located just down the road from Marbella. Like all tourist areas, it’s well serviced for holidaymakers and offers a superb beach. As a fairly new development, Calahonda has a modern feel to it, you may have to drive island if you want to see old architecture and “pueblos Blanco’s”.

Statistically most visitors to this area are English, so speaking fluent Spanish isn’t a problem. Even in the bars and restaurants, English is spoken and you’ll discover a range of food can be ordered, there’s even Indian restaurants. For shopping it´s best to head for the El Zoco complex, here you’ll find plenty to spend your money on and there are places to eat afterwards.

Owner's Tips

The popular resort of Calahonda with its well maintained beach and good selection of shops, bars and restaurants is a couple of minutes drive away.

There are also many other places of interest within easy reach such as Marbella and Puerto Banus. There are also the lively resorts of Mijas Costa and Fuengirola where you can visit the recently renovated and delightful Fuengirola Zoo or spend an exciting day at Mijas Aqua Park or a perfect evening for all the family at Tivoli World.

For the golfer of course there is a superb selection of first class golf courses within easy reach.

About us
My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.

I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.

I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
