About Villa RocaMar
Villa RocaMar is a house in 3 floors.
The main floor has a lounge dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and large patio doors to the porch and to the swimming pool.
The first floor has a 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower cabin.
The basement has a large TV room, children play area with a lot of toys and entertainments for the children and two single beds.
RocaMar is ideal for family vacations or for romantic and relaxing holidays. All the rooms in the villa have fabulous views to the ocean. On the top floor there is a terrace to enjoy the last drink in the moonlight. You will fall asleep with the lullaby of the sea.

Owner's Tips
Near Villa RocaMar you will find comfortable steps with direct access to the sea and some natural pools.
In a distance of 1km is situated La Garita, a fantastic and beach of white sand.
In the village there are various supermarkets at your disposition. In the restaurants you can taste fresh fish and typical local food.
Very close to Punta Mujeres you can visit some of the main attractions of Lanzarote, like Los Jameos del Agua , La Cueva de los Verdes and El Jardín de Cactus.
A few kilometres north, in Orzola, departs various times a day the ferry to the neighbour island La Graciosa.
