About the property

A very spacious, well decorated villa with private pool. Villa San Fernando is built on 2 floors with bedrooms and living rooms on both floors. With 5 bedrooms, 1 of which is large enough to put another 2 camp beds in, enabling the villa to sleep 12. There are terraces leading off from both floors, with fabulous sea views form the top terrace. A BBQ is supplied for those warmer evenings where eating alfresco is a must!

There are shops, bars and restaurants at the bottom of the road a simple 150m walk. The beach is accesses a little further down the road via a foot bridge.

A perfect holiday villa for all the family to enjoy!

The villa will also sleep 12 at a suppliment of £100 per week. A 20% deposit is required to reserve the booking. The rest is payable 6 weeks before arrival. A 200€ refundable security deposit is also required at time of payment.

Extras such as car hire, airport transfers, welcome packs can also be arranged.

About Mijas Costa, Costa del Sol

Not to be confused with Mijas the little village located inland on the Costa del Sol, Mijas Costa is on the coast. Many English people have moved to this area and there are many housing developments that reflect this. With this being the case holiday rentals are extremely popular. The Riviera del Sol Mijas Costa is a real winner with families.

The beach at La Cala is very safe and they offer many watersports including water-skiing and Jet Ski hire. This area is also famous for it’s golf courses, they are some of the best in the world and were designed by top players.
