The living/dining room is very stylishly furnished with quality, contemporary furniture,it has a large flat screen t.v. with all the free to view satellite channels and a DVD player. From here there are patio doors out onto the furnished south west facing terrace. From here you can take in the fabulous sea and golf course views

The kitchen is beautifully appointed and fitted with top quality Siemens appliances including an oven, hob & extractor, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. A separate utility room houses the washing machine.

The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with spa shower and jacuzzi bath. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and they both have ample built in storage space and patio doors giving access to the terrace. There is an additional full family bathroom with twin wash basins.

All prices are fully inclusive of electricity, linen, towels and cleaning.

50% deposit secures with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Please note that Christmas and Easter are charged at the mid season rate of £375.

Owner's Tips

Casares Golf and Country Club has a superb 34 par 9 hole golf course designed by Juan Carlos Martinez. It is 2,464 yards long and has 4 artificial lakes which not only aesthetically improve the course design but also make the game more entertaining and challenging.

The Club House overlooks the first fairway and consists of a large terrace, bar, restaurant, with excellent cuisine, golf shop and clubs room. The course also benefits from the optional hire of golf buggies, taking the weight off of your shoulders!

The Surrounding Area.

The apartment is located just a 15 minute walk from a beautiful blue flag beach or just a few minutes drive from the picturesque Duquesa Port with its good choice of bars and restaurants. The nearest town is the up and coming resort of Sabinillas, just a few
minutes in the car, and here there is a very good choice of shops, bars and restaurants plus another
lovely beach with a promenade running its length.

Estepona too is within easy reach as is the pretty white village of Casares and the historic Rock of Gibrlatar. In addition to Casares Golf Course there are of course plenty of other first class golf courses in the area for you to try your hand at.

So all in all this apartment offers absolutely first class holiday accommodation for golfers and sun worshippers alike. There is superb golf to be enjoyed, first class clubhouse facilities and pools, a blue flag beach, lovely countryside and excellent shops bars and restaurants all within a short distance.

About us
My name is Ruth Polak and I live with my family near to the village of Casares in the mountains of Andalucia. We bought a run down Finca of 30,000 sq m. of land in 1992 and my husband, being a builder, renovated and built the house up.

I began renting an apartment on our Finca and our house in the village of Casares about 6 years ago and since then I have taken on other peoples villas and apartments to rent for them.

I thoroughly enjoy helping people to organize their holidays and using my knowledge of the area to help them to get the most out of their holiday on the Costa del Sol. I also work closely with my owners to ensure that their properties offer holiday makers good quality accommodation at reasonable prices.
