Casa Deno is a lovely detached villa situated in the area of Las Lomas de Mijas, just 5 minutes drive from the village.
The villa is set in a well established garden with a large private swimming pool.
From the entrance hall which has a small cloakroom/wc there are double doors leading to a large comfortable lounge with separate dining area.
The lounge has a log burning stove and there is a TV, video and CD player.
There are patio doors from the lounge to a spacious terrace with both dining table plus chairs and comfortable seating.
On this level there is also a well equipped kitchen which includes oven, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is another large terrace area.
A marble staircase leads downstairs to a double bedroom and a full bathroom.
Down a few more stairs is the large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with corner bath. This bedroom also has a large walk in wardrobe. On this lower level there is also a further double and a twin bedroom and another full bathroom.
There is access to the pretty established gardens and the swimming pool.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has the benefit of full central heating for the winter months.
