La Paz is a superb luxury newly built villa with a private infinity pool situated in the exclusive area of La Alqueria. This villa has the most spectacular views of the coast and countryside.

On the ground level is a spacious hallway leading into an exceptionally large south facing lounge/dining room with fully equipped open plan kitchen. The lounge has satellite TV, DVD, CD player and internet access. The patio doors lead onto a very large terrace with steps down to the pool area. Also on this level there are 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom which accommodates 4 in 4 single beds and 2 large full bathrooms. There is also a guest toilet and separate utility room.

On the upper level is 1 double south facing bedroom and one bedroom which can accommodate 4 in 4 single beds and 2 large full bathrooms.

There are lots of terraces to enjoy the sun with BBQ for eating al fresco. The villa also has a large courtyard with a lovely fountain feature.
