This modern spacious apartment is set in its own secure complex with an Infinity swimming pool overlooking the crystal clear mediterranean sea.

Set on two floors accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room and lounge with comfy seating, satellite TV, DVD and stereo. A large selection of books, games, films and DVD's are available. Patio doors from the lounge lead on to a private terrace with table, chairs and comfy sun loungers to sit and enjoy the views in total privacy.

The lovely communal swimming pool is only a few steps away from your front door.There are ample sunbeds and sunbathing areas and a shallow pool for children . The whole complex is private and each apartment has their own key accesss .

All bedding and towel provided /not pool or beach towels and changed weekly. Welcome grocery pack on arrival.

An ideal location for families and couples wanting a memorable winter sun break with all the comforts of home or an excellent summer pool/beach holiday.

Discounts for bookings 2 weeks or more, please contact us for details. Long winter let prices also available.

Booking deposit of 25% within 5 days to secure holiday dates. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to holiday. Please ensure you have your own travel and health insurance cover. Refundable security / breakages bond £100 or 150€ to be paid in cash on arrival before handing over of keys.

Peniscola offers something for all tastes and ages from the quiet coves of the Serra d. irta with its breathtaking scenery walks and cycle trails to the seaside town , all amenities, spectacular award winning sandy beaches, restaurants, bars and activities. The working fishing harbour and the Old town are a delight to explore by day or night.. Peniscola really is the "City in the Sea."

Mountain bikes, Quad bikes, motorbikes all available to hire locally.

Due to the constant mild climate of this area this is a superb winter -sun location and excellent base for sightseeing the Valencia and Barcelona regions.There are sports ,health and Spa facilities at the towns resort hotel open all year to the public,
