Twin interconnected south facing ground floor apartments. 4 twin bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Superb views over Las Ramblas golf course and the surrounding countryside. Sleep 8/10. Plenty of facilities and plenty of space. Pool and jacuzzi directly outside No.72 (please see photo).

Moving between apartments takes only a few seconds via the private rear patio. This area is also ideal for drying towels and laundry.

Las Ramblas golf complex is a peaceful and secure holiday environment. Our managers, Carol and Richard, live in Las Ramblas and will meet you on arrival. They will also be on hand to provide any help you may need during your holiday.

We offer you 4 twin bedrooms, each with built in wardrobes, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, shelves, fan, chair, shutters on windows, views over the golf course. 4 bathrooms, 2 en-suite with shower, washbasin and WC and 2 with bath, shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.

2 kitchens with hob, oven, extractor hood, all necessary cooking equipment, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board, large storage cupboards and enough glasses, plates, bowls, cups and saucers, cutlery etc for six people.

2 large sitting / dining rooms - dining table and chairs for four, two double settees, double sofabed, coffee table, side tables, sideboard, two overhead lights and two table lamps, large fan, bookshelf, TV, films, hi-fi and CD player, DVD player, books and games.

Double doors leading to large south facing verandahs with superb views over the golf course. Adjustable sun blinds overhead and to the side. Equipped with table, chairs and side tables. Ideal for dining out while watching the sun go down.

Large storage cupboard off entrance lobby. Handy for suitcases, golf clubs and beach items. Additional foldaway beds stored here. We provide all household linen and towels but please bring your own beach towels.

The pool is a communal one and other people sometimes use it. Not many, as it is invisible from the road. There are 3 others within 5 minutes walk, which you can also use if you wish. Your pool is directly outside No.72. The jacuzzi is there also.

Welcome Pack. If you would like one, the standard pack consists of tea, coffee, milk, bread, water, bacon, eggs, beans, cereal and fresh fruit. It costs 30 euros, which is payable on arrival. Specific packs can be arranged.

Owner's Tips

5 minutes walk to the brand new clubhouse with inside and outside bars and restaurant. Three further swimming pools.

2 minutes drive (or 15 mins walk) to Costa Nova supermarket catering specially for visitors. English newspapers etc. Pubs, restaurants, a pharmacy, banks and shops. Large Mercadona supermarket and Internet cafe.

10 minutes drive to the clean sandy blue flag beaches of Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Dehesa de Campoamor. Villamartin and Campoamor golf courses. Villamartin Plaza with more shops and choice of 17 restaurants around open-air courtyard. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and nightclubs on and around the N.332, which is the main road to Torrevieja, the nearest large town, about 20 mins drive. Large fishing port, yacht club and marina, shops, cafes, restaurants, an Aquapark, new seafront promenade and open-air markets.

Airports - Murcia (San Javier) 20 mins. Alicante 45 mins.

For golfers, 5 minute walk to brand new clubhouse with inside and outside bars and restaurant, Las Ramblas 1st tee and practice fairway, Campoamor 5 mins drive, Villamartin 10 mins, La Finca 25 mins and La Manga 45 mins.
