About the property
Almendra del Paraiso is a detached luxury villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with stunning views over the Jalon Valley. The villa has an optional additional garden annexe with 1 bedroom, kitchen and enormous bathroom/dressing room making Almendra ideal for rental by 2 families.
The main villa accommodation is on the upper floor (level access from the road) and consists of open plan lounge/diner, modern well-equipped kitchen, exterior covered dining terrace plus 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The garden annexe is situated on the lower floor of the property and is accessed from the pool terrace. This very useful optional accommodation comprises studio bedroom with double bed and fitted kitchen plus adjacent enormous bathroom/dressing room. The annexe has a covered seating area with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Please note, the annexe is only available as additional accommodation for renters of the main villa. We do not rent the annexe separately.
Almendra del Paraiso is situated on a quality development on the outskirts of Jalon town so it has a truly country feel whilst remaining close to the town´s considerable amenities. The views over the Jalon Valley from the development´s elevated location are superb. Town amenities are walkable from the villa (1.5km) although we recommend that car hire is essential to enjoy the many places of interest, coastal resorts and country restaurants in the area.

Family shower room (adjacent to bedrooms 2 and 3) with walk-in shower cubicle, wash handbasin, bidet, wc. Bathroom ensuite to master bedroom 1 with bath, shower over, wash handbasin, bidet, wc. Garden annexe bathroom adjacent to studio living/sleeping area with bath, separate double size shower cubicle, double wash handbasins, bidet, wc.
Main villa kitchen is well laid out, fully equipped and has quality appliances of large fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and iron/ironing board. The kitchen is accessed from the lounge dining area.
Open plan living area with dining seating for 4 persons inside plus outside dining terrace with seating for 4. Comfortable quality sofas with seating for 4. TV with UK channels Sky family package, DVD/video player, hi-fi and ceiling fan.
Steps from the villa's front door lead down to the pool terrace and garden annexe. Swimming pool is 8 x 4 metres with roman steps and underwater lighting (graduated depth 1 metre to 2 metres) and poolside shower. Well furnished outside areas with 6 sunloungers, outside table and chairs and a "riu rau" arched sitting area providing shade. Beautifully maintained landscaped gardens with palms and shrubs surround the villa.
The property is totally walled and gated (lockable) and there are no steep drops accessible from within the gardens making this villa ideal for families with younger children. The pool terrace and steps leading to the pool terrace are tiled with non-slip tiling for your safety. The property has a security alarm for your peace of mind.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

The above rental rates are for the main villa 3 bedroom option without the garden annexe.
Weekly rental rates for the garden annexe additional to the main villa are £175 in June and September 2009 and £250 in July and August 2009.
A security damages deposit of £150 is required in addition to the property rental which is refunded to you within 10 working days of your departure, once the villa has been cleaned/changed over.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and the balance of rental plus security damages deposit is payable within 8 weeks of your arrival.
Quality towels/linen are included and are changed weekly for stays of 2 weeks plus.
A member of our team will meet you on arrival and show you around the property.
Security damages deposit £150 refundable within 10 working days of departure.
We can accept payment by credit card.

Nearest beach is 15 minutes drive at Calpe, Javea and Moraira.
