About the property
Villa Patricia is an ideal holiday home, it is fitted and furnished to a high standard, has air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful garden and private swimming pool in addition to which it is just minutes from a clean and sandy beach, what more could you wish for.
The large and airy living/dining room has a feature beam ceiling lovely ceramic tiled floor and very attractive solid wood furniture. It is also equipped with a TV, DVD player and has the free to view satellite channels.
The extremely spacious kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine and everything else you will need to make your stay a comfortable one. It also has its own breakfast seating area.
The three bedrooms are all situated on the first floor. There is a master suite with double bed and ensuite full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are both twin rooms, there is a full family bathroom and a further shower room with w.c.
The private grounds of this villa are very attractively laid out with lawns and tropical plants. It is walled right round to give privacy and there are automatic gates for vehicular access.
In conclusion then Villa Patricia is everything you require from your holiday rental home. It is spacious, comfortable, beautifully fitted and furnished and in a perfect location right near the beach.

Normal capacity in this villa is 6 people, plus babies in cots. Cots and highchairs can be provided for an additional 50€ for up to two weeks hire. An ADSL internet connection can also be provided for an additional 60€ per week.
About Estepona, Costa del Sol
Bearing in mind the population triples in the peak times of the year, Estepona is a classic example of how you can welcome tourism without spoiling a town. Estepona is a charming old town with narrow twisty streets of two storey whitewashed houses, a great range of shops and pleasant plazas to sit and enjoy a drink or meal. It remains a very Spanish town with almost no English pubs or souvenir shops.
On the waterfront Estepona Marina has a fantastic range of boats to admire, with plenty of cafes and restaurants to lounge in. There are three beaches to choose from, all of which offer a good range of watersports.
In the town there are four museums and many archaeological sites to see and as well as colourful parks and gardens. Wonderful parades and celebrations take place particularly January 5th; early May; July Feria; August 15th & New Years Eve. Estepona is a truly delightful place to stay and enjoy "real" Spain.
Owner's Tips...
The beautiful clean town of Estepona is just 5 minutes away by car. In recent years much has been done to make the town more attractive for holiday makers and residents alike. There is a lovely paseo maritimo, (promenade) all the way along the front, the beach is clean and safe and the whole town has decked out with flowers at anytime of the year. In spite of all the improvements and modernization Estepona manages to retain much of its olde world fishing village charm with its cobbled backstreets and pretty plazas.The shopping is good and there is an excellent market every Wednesday.
Places of interest in the area include, Selwo Wildlife Park,the historic Rock of Gibraltar, Estepona Port with its good choice of bars and restaurants, plus the lovely white villages such as Casares and Gaucin. Of course for the golfer you are spoilt for choice as there are many first class golf courses in the area.
