About the property
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus separate wc, one of the bedrooms in the villa has its own separte entrance. The separate apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
There are 2 twin bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms in the villa and 1 twin and 1 double in the apartment.
The villa itself is very spacious airy and light and would accommodate 2 families with ease.
There is an open plan dining and lounge area with high beamed celings, the dining area with its very large dining table is fantastic for family meals, there is also a breakfast table in the kitchen.
Outside there are 2 terrace areas with BBQ and outside dining area overlooking the private pool. Around the pool there are sunloungers and garden chairs. The views from the pool area are truly amazing with the mountains in the distance on one side and the towns of fuengirola, Mijas and Benalmadena on the other with the sea is the distance (breathtaking) also on a hot summers evening the terrace area is lovley to have a good bottle of local wine a few snacks on the table and good conversation and when you look at the views they are so pretty as all the towns Fuengirola, Mijas and Benalmadena have thier lights on.

About Fuengirola, Costa del Sol
Fuengirola is very well known for it’s 5 mile long beach and the wide range of leisurely activities on offer. Transport is also very good here, with train and bus links to many nearby towns. This is a popular choice for families as Fuengirola has lots to do, and it can keep even the most active child happy all day long. Unusually the local zoo stays open late at night during the summer months, allowing you to see the animals’ nocturnal activities.
There are a number of beaches to choose from, all of which have been recognised for their cleanliness. From the town you can see the Sohail Castle, which still has some of it’s original walls and towers. There is also an outside art gallery with murals by well-known artists.
Self catering holidays to Fuengirola are easy to find. There are many well priced rental villas and apartments available, but remember to book early as they sell quick in the summer months when Fuengirola property is in much demand.
Owner's Tips...
The Castle Villa is only a 5 minute drive to Fuengirola and a 15 minute drive to Benalmadena but just a few minutes from the villa you will find the famous El Potro carvery eat as much as you want for around 9 euros a head, perfect for families.
Located on the outskirts of Fuengirola, Aquapark is the best water park in the area providing an exhilarating day out for the family with plenty of activities. As well as the water park which includes wave pool, water chutes, kamikaze slide and raft river there is a full programme of entertainment including aerobics, volleyball and mini-golf. There is an area especially for very small children and the park is well run with a strong emphasis on safety as well as fun with trained lifeguards in abundance. Great fun for all!
Near to the villa is Gran Karting club with 2 circuits 1 for children and the other for juniors. There is bar cafeteria and table football on the terrace.
Fuengirola Zoo is also a fantastic day out, the inside is designed to replicate the natural habitat of each and every animal.
Fuengirola Harbour is a must on a Sunday evening as the outdoor market has loads of bargins for all the family and while walking around the market you can also look at the exspensive boats or have a meal or drink in one of the tapas bars overlooking the Harbour
15 minutes drive from the villa and 5 minutes from Fuengirola is Benalmadena where the family can visit Selwo Marina which holds regular shows with Dolpins and sealions.
If your not afraid of heights you really must take the cable car across Benalmadena and at a little less than 724 meters above sea level the views are amazing. (4 persons to a cable car)
There really is so much to see and do on your holiday that the experience would be one to be remembered by all the family.
