Luxury modern family villa enclosed in tropical gardens with private pool. This villa is situated in one of the most prestigious locations in Costa del Sol a Millionaires paradise called El Rosario right on the edge of Marbella.
The 6 bedrooms are of high standard, all are large and comfortable. The master bedroom has a terrace with patio doors for you to enjoy and take in the beautiful views over El Rosario. There are 4 bathrooms 2 of which are ensuite only quality marble was used in all bathrooms, jacuzzi baths in 3 of the bathrooms, also a power shower with massage function.
The spacious lounge has leather seating and a big on wall plasma TV, there are huge patio doors leading onto the patio area outside.
The ultra modern kitchen has been designed in great taste and here you will find a double oven, American fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, washing machine and full utensils for your stay.
There is a separate dining area in the villa, here you will find a large dining table for you to enjoy a meal inside the villa, and this room also has patio doors that lead onto the patio
Outside the villa you will find tropical trees and plants surrounding a modern private pool with sloping steps, sunloungers around the pool are for you to relax and get the most of the all day sun, perfect for slipping away from the pressures of the outside world. The outside seating area next to the massive BBQ is fantastic for you to enjoy a glass of wine and good conversation in the day or evening (whilst the men cook!). Also there is a massive family table on the patio for Alfresco dining.

The location is fantasic you can walk to shops in minutes and the beach in 10 minutes.
The densely populated coast of Andalusia, stretching from Almeria to Tarifa, is Europe’s all-year-round favoured holiday destination, known as the Costa del Sol. It consists of a string of fine sandy beaches, where the average water temperature is 64ºF (18ºC), and picturesque towns have abundant tourist amenities, resorts and high-rise hotels. Attractions include zoos, bullfights, water parks, casinos and amusement parks. Marbella's Puerto Banus is one of the most famous marina's in the world with its outstanding luxuary yachts, designer shops and fantastic restaurants situated othe the edge of the quay, or may be just sit and enjoy and drink and watch the world go by.
The nightlife is very good in Costa del Sol with a great choice of clubs, bars and resturants to go to and be seen.
The beaches here are only minutes away from the villa, with miles of white sand and beautiful clear blue sea's, chiringuitos (beach bars) and water sports, there are plenty of sunloungers to relax on all along the beach.
Street markets are a great place to have a look round and pick up a few bargains. Marbella market, Las Albaizas 9.00am – 2.00pm weekly. Street market of Marbella: Every Monday from 9 am to 2 pm, next to the Recinto Ferial Marbella (Zona de Las Albarizas). Included food, flowers, clothes and shoes. Marbella Medieval market 5.00pm – 10.00pm weekly more than 70 stalls in and around Los Candiles (old town) Marbella.
