Villa Zaar is a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom villa, built on two levels, with own private large corner plot, fully enclosed and secure garden, and equally large private pool with toddler section and a dive board - great for the children!
Arguably one of the best spots on Campsol Golf, in situ on C sector (golf) just short walk, approx 5-10 minutes walk to the hotel with health spa and resturant and bars + lounging area, golf club house and golf course. A greater selection of restaurants and a large supermarket are around a further 15 minutes walk.
This villa sleeps 8, without using any lounge space! Bedroom 1, upper level with 3 single beds, family room, and private roof terrace. Bedrroom 2, lower level with kingsize bed. Bedroom 3 has a double and single bed, family room. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge. A travel cot is provided free of charge.
TV, DVD player and CD player. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
Large family garden table and 10 chairs and a further 3 sun loungers. Large private pool with seperate toddler section and dive board, gas BBQ plus outside toilet and shower for use around the pool.

£200 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.
Puerto de Mazarron is a typically Spanish coastal town still undiscovered by the large tour operators. It is a popular resort for Spanish families so it can become busy in July and August. However the rest of the year it can be nice and quiet which makes Puerto de Mazarron ideal for that "get away from it all" style holiday favoured by many.
Many kilometres of safe sandy beaches and over 300 days of sunshine per year makes Puert de Mazarron an ideal true Spanish holiday destination for all the family.
Camposol Golf lies on the Costa Calida, with many fine beaches. It has many surrounding typical Spanish villages and towns. You can catch the train from the picturesque town of Totana, into Murcia, which takes 20 minutes.
Mazarron Town, with banks and little shops and restaurants, as well as the markets, is just 10 minutes drive.
The pretty little seafront of Puerto de Mazarron is a further 5 minutes drive, with an esplanade lined with tapas bars and restaurants and little boutiques, as well as a small marina.
Murcia and Alicante airport (50 mins and 1 hour 10 mins) serviced by low cost airlines (transfers can be arranged, although we consider a car is essential for this holiday). 18 hole golf course and driving range, golf club house, restaurant and bar. International hotel with health spa, restaurant, cafe, bar and hairdressers. Communal swimming pool with bar and children's pool (small local charge and seasonal).
Shops, supermarket selling fresh fish, meat, bread and selection of wines and beers, bars, restaurants (including Marianna's with superb menu del dia for 12 euros), Indian, Spanish, pizza, and Chinese restaurant on site. Various food and craft markets locally on different days. Ten pin bowling alley and pool hall. Puerto de Mazarron & many beaches (within a 15 minute drive).
Camposol Golf is a residencial resort, as well as holiday, and as such the amenities and shops are open all year round normally. This also means that these villas are not really suitable for groups of young persons who like to party and be noisy after midnight.

“I have recently returned from a 10 night stay at Villa Zaar (although name of villa has been changed), the area was very quiet and set back about20/ 30 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. We decided in the end not to hire a car and i think if we visited Camposol again, we would definitly hire a vehicle! The villa itself was spacious and the pool was a great size as there was 5 adults, 1 child and a baby. There is air con throughout which helped on those humid nights and a fully equped kitchen for all our culinary needs. Every bedroom had it own bathroom and this was a massive bonus! Overall we had a fantastic holiday and appreciated the quiet tranquil setting away from the London hustle and bustle.”

“Villa not called Villa Zaar any more. Had difficulty finding villa due to poor directions provided and villa change of name. The villa itself can be highly recommended, it has excellent facilities.
Having a car is a must.”

“This is fantastic large villa and huge pool for a relaxing family holiday. The villa has all you need to make it a "home from home". The villa is situated on a residential urbanisation - with shops and restaurants in the centre. There are lovely clean beaches nearby. This is a very "English" resort- so if you are looking for some Spanish culture - you will need to take a day trip out. It was an easy drive from Alicante airport and in our opinion a car is essential due to the location. Temperatures in August were mid to high 30's so swimming in the pool and relaxing in the shade was the order of the day. We played golf a few times on the adjacent course, avoiding the mid day heat. The welcome pack was excellent- all in all our family had a great holiday at the Villa Zaar.”
