Fantastic 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom modern villa near to the beautiful beaches of Estepona.
A lovely spacious villa set in lush tropical walled gardens that are surrounded by many trees. There are terraces and shaded seating areas, a jacuzzi and a large pool, relax in the shade or cool down in the refreshing water of the pool.
The villa is spacious light and modern and decorated to a high standard, there are 2 lounge areas to relax and a large dining room. There is a games room with table tennis and pool table. Also a bar area inside the villa.
The pool is a great size and has sun loungers and BBQ area, the gardens are on a level plot with sea views.

About Estepona, Costa del Sol
Bearing in mind the population triples in the peak times of the year, Estepona is a classic example of how you can welcome tourism without spoiling a town. Estepona is a charming old town with narrow twisty streets of two storey whitewashed houses, a great range of shops and pleasant plazas to sit and enjoy a drink or meal. It remains a very Spanish town with almost no English pubs or souvenir shops.
On the waterfront Estepona Marina has a fantastic range of boats to admire, with plenty of cafes and restaurants to lounge in. There are three beaches to choose from, all of which offer a good range of watersports.
In the town there are four museums and many archaeological sites to see and as well as colourful parks and gardens. Wonderful parades and celebrations take place particularly January 5th; early May; July Feria; August 15th & New Years Eve. Estepona is a truly delightful place to stay and enjoy "real" Spain.
Owner's Tips...
The nightlife is very good in Costa del Sol with a great choice of clubs, bars and restaurants to go to and be seen.
The beaches here are only minutes away from the villa, with miles of white sand and beautiful clear blue sea's, chiringuitos (beach bars) and water sports, there are plenty of sunloungers to relax on all along the beach.
Street markets are a great place to have a look round and pick up a few bargains. Marbella Market, Las Albaizas 9.00am – 2.00pm weekly. Street market of Marbella: Every Monday from 9 am to 2 pm, next to the Recinto Ferial Marbella (Zona de Las Albarizas). Included food, flowers, clothes and shoes. Marbella Medieval market 5.00pm – 10.00pm weekly more than 70 stalls in and around Los Candiles (old town) Marbella. Puerto Banus' street market is situated near the bull ring and it is held every Saturday. The bull ring is situated in the area of Neuva Andalucia about 1km from the Marina. It is one of the largest markets on the Costa del Sol.
Families have a big choice of places to visit, only a 5 minute drive away is Selwo, a unique nature park based on the African safari experience and housing 2,000 animals in semi-wild conditions. It is not a zoo! It really is a great chance to see animals living in as close to their natural habitat as possible. This is the largest man-made nature reserve in Spain and there is plenty of space to wander - part of the experience is on foot and there is also the option to take an all terrain truck to see larger animals such as tigers, elephants and lions. An unmissable day out!
Also a 20 minute drive will take you to the outskirts of Fuengirola, Aquapark is the best water park in the area providing an exhilarating day out for the family with plenty of activities. As well as the water park which includes wave pool, water chutes, kamikaze slide and raft river there is a full programme of entertainment including aerobics, volleyball and mini-golf. There is an area specially for very small children and the park is well run with a strong emphasis on safety as well as fun with trained lifeguards in abundance. Great fun for all!
