About the property
The plot size is 5000 m2 and 500 m2 build. It has a very large lounge with fireplace and the full Sky TV package with movies and sport. There is an outside games room with a pool table and big barbeque, the villa has its own tennis court inside the grounds a separate dining room and very large kitchen.
The villa consists of 6 bedrooms, 3 doubles, 2 twin rooms and 1 with bunkbeds. There are 6 ensuite bathrooms and a separate wc. 5 of the 6 bedrooms are all on the same level so very child friendly, disabled friendly and suitable for the elderly.
Situated on the new Golden Mile next to Puerto Banus, the beach is a 2 minute walk away and there are many restaurants, bars and a supermarket all in a minutes walk. Plus there is a doctors and chemist right on the doorstep.

Excellent Puerto Banus is only a 5 minute drive or taxi ride, the beach is 500m2 this villa is located on the coast within easy driving distance for all primary resorts and airport. Right on the doorstep of Spain's leading wildlife Selwo Adventure Park. There are 15 golf courses within a 15 minute drive in either direction!
As you can see it really is location that counts with this villa.
Marbella's Puerto Banus is one of the most famous marina's in the world with its outstanding luxuary yachts, designer shops and fantastic restaurants situated othe the edge of the quay, or may be just sit and enjoy and drink and watch the world go by.
The nightlife is very good in Costa del Sol with a great choice of clubs, bars and restaurants to go to and be seen.
The beaches here are only minutes away from the villa, with miles of white sand and beautiful clear blue sea's, chiringuitos (beach bars) and water sports, there are plenty of sunloungers to relax on all along the beach.
Street markets are a great place to have a look round and pick up a few bargains,
Marbella Market – Las Albaizas 9.00am – 2.00pm weekly. Street market of Marbella: Every Monday from 9 am to 2 pm, next to the Recinto Ferial Marbella (Zona de Las Albarizas). Included food, flowers, clothes and shoes.
Marbella Medieval market 5.00pm – 10.00pm weekly more than 70 stalls in and around Los Candiles (old town) Marbella.
Puerto Banus' street market is situated near the bull ring and it is held every Saturday. The bull ring is situated in the area of Neuva Andalucia about 1km from the Marina. It is one of the largest markets on the Costa del Sol.
Families have a big choice of places to visit, only a 5 minute drive away close to Estepona, is Selwo, a unique nature park based on the African safari experience and housing 2,000 animals in semi-wild conditions. It is not a zoo! It really is a great chance to see animals living in as close to their natural habitat as possible. This is the largest man-made nature reserve in Spain and there is plenty of space to wander - part of the experience is on foot and there is also the option to take an all terrain truck to see larger animals such as tigers, elephants and lions. An unmissable day out!
Also a 20 minute drive will take you to the outskirts of Fuengirola, Aquapark is the best water park in the area providing an exhilarating day out for the family with plenty of activities. As well as the water park which includes wave pool, water chutes, kamikaze slide and raft river there is a full programme of entertainment including aerobics, volleyball and mini-golf. There is an area specially for very small children and the park is well run with a strong emphasis on safety as well as fun with trained lifeguards in abundance. Great fun for all!
