Casa Delujo is a luxurious, fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse overlooking one of the lovely swimming pools at Roda Golf & Beach Resort and is perfectly ideal for relaxing or as a base for your golfing holiday. The gated community at Roda Golf is home to a stunning 18-hole par 72 golf course exclusively designed by Dave Thomas who also designed the Brabazon course at the De-Vere Belfry, the Ryder cup venue in Birmingham. The course at the resort is run by De-Vere and has recently been accredited as the PGA European base.
On entering Casa Delujo a welcoming hallway leads into the dining room/lounge. The room is furnished to a very high standard. A 4 seater dining table can be found at one end of the room, with a sofa bed (that can sleep a further 2 people) and another two seater settee at the other. The room also has a 32” flatscreen TV and DVD player which also doubles as a CD player. A selection of CDs and DVDs are available for use.
Casa Delujo offers a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, electric oven/hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen a utility room can be found that is equipped with a washing machine and other domestic essentials (pegs, clothes drier, mop & bucket etc)
Casa Delujo will host 4 people comfortably in its two double bedrooms each furnished with twin beds. All bedding and linens and towels are provided. Each bedroom has large double wardrobes with plenty of hanging and storage space as well as electric shutters to either let in or block out the sunshine (during your afternoon Siesta).
From a well lit pathway amongst an array of beautiful flowers and palm trees is the entrance to Casa Delujo. French windows from the living/ dining room open out onto the rear property grounds. A patio area with garden chairs, table and parasol are all provided for your comfort. A small grass garden area leads to a communal swimming pool.
Casa Delujo is suitable for golfers and general holiday makers including children. For small children a travel cot, high chair and stair gates can be made available on request.
All bed linen and towels are provided, a thorough clean is done before and after. Bed linen and towels will be changed every week. Any further cleaning can be arranged at extra cost. A free welcome pack will be provided with all bookings this includes milk, water, bread, jam etc.

A 60 euro cleaning charge must be paid on departure.
Dotted about the resort are many children’s play areas.Very modern shopping malls can be found in Torrevieja, Murcia and Cartagena.
30 minutes away the “Thader” shopping centre (Junction 763a of the A7) in Murcia has a number of welcoming eateries surrounded by many household named clothes shops. IKEA is a very busy store.
At Cartagena, also 30 minutes away down the A7 (A37), you can find Leroy Merlin and an exceptionally large electrical store.
Torrevieja is a little further away and although the shopping centre is well stocked it is not as large as the others.
20 minutes from the property the Dos Mares shopping centre can be found. The centre has a large supermarket (Eroski) and a selection of branded clothes shops and cafeterias.
The Mar Menor is a warm water lagoon surrounded by blue flag beaches. The beaches on the Mediterranean are only 5 minutes away.
The towns of San Pedro del Pinatar, Lo Pagan, Santiago de la Ribera, San Javier and Los Alcazares are all within 10 minutes where a variety of great value for money restaurants can be found.
The night life in Lo Pagan can be very thrilling at times. The Salinas at nearby San Pedro del Pinatar are home to a large variety of birds including flamingos, plovers, herons and egrets. There are two main walking routes along the seafront and reed beds.
All the local markets have a vast variety of fresh fruit and vegetables – all grand value for money.

There’s nothing better than enjoying a glass of wine on the spacious patio whilst watching the children have hours of fun in the pool. Priceless! All this and only 10 minutes from Murcia airport and the beaches of Los Alcazares.

“Hi Paul,
We had a fantastic holiday, mainly due to your very comfortable townhouse and its location, everything we needed was provided, we couldn't have asked for more. The welcome pack was really appreciated as we didn't arrive till late and needed a cuppa. Thanks. The fantastic location enabled us to travel to Murcia City, Cartagena etc all within a 20/30 minute drive. We have been numerous times to this area but this was our most comfortable stay, normally after 1 week's holiday we are all looking forward to coming home to some home comforts but we could all have easily stayed on indefinitely as it was like a home from home and the weather was fabulous.
We played Roda Golf course several times as it was in perfect condition and very well maintained like all the facilities on site, after playing some others we kept coming back to Roda as the others were no comparison. La Sienna and Mosatrejium were a mess and we felt were a complete waste of money which just proves that the maintenance on Roda is second to none. Every day the roads were swept and the pools were tested and gardeners were around maintaining this stunning complex.
Thank you once again and we wish you future success with your rentals but we are 100% sure that you will have no problems or complaints as your place cannot be faulted as we are very fussy customers and would recommend it with no hesitation.
