About the property

Villa Ann is a comfortable villa ideal for a relaxing holiday. The villa is detached with its own enclosed garden and sole use of the swimming pool. It is located in a cul de sac, quiet hillside road, with lovely views of the sweeping orange groves in the distance.

The pool is accessible from large French doors leading from the lounge area. Coming out of the French door is the outdoor barbecue and dining, then a couple of steps down to the pool. There is a tiled area around the pool for sunbathing and sun beds are provided. Children can be easily supervised. For an all over sun tan, you have access to the roof terrace which is totally private and not overlooked.

There is sufficient room for parking your car in the street without problem but there is also the option of parking in the garage, attached to the house.

There are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. There are two bathrooms with the option of bath or shower.

A good healthy walk down to the village will take you 15 minutes on foot ( 5 minutes by car) but you can walk to the entrance of the Golf Course ‘La Finca’ which will take you well under ten minutes and you will find shops, bars and restaurants, banks.

About Algorfa, Costa Blanca

Situated some 30 minutes from Alicante airport, Algorfa is a top destination for golf lovers, with many new courses only a short drive away. There are numerous beaches close by, many of which have the blue-flag rating, La Mata and Guardamar are particular favourites. Algorfa enjoys a typically Mediterranean climate and the region boasts many citrus groves, including orange and lemon as well as olive trees.

Situated between Almoradi and Orihuela in the Vega Baja region of the Costa Blanca Spain is the tiny citrus farming village of Algorfa. Located on the banks of the River Segura, Algorfa lies on rich and fertile land, its surrounding countryside is full of orange and lemon groves. Algorfa enjoys spectacular views both to the mountains and is 20 minutes drive to the azure blue Mediterranean Sea.

Also worth seeing whilst in Algorfa are the quaint cave dwellings at nearby Rojales, the Parque Natural de La Mata (a fine Natural Park with walking routes and rich wildlife), and the bustling tourist town of Torrevieja.

There are a variety of sports and leisure facilities available in and around Algorfa including the La Finca Golf Club - with its championship course set amongst natural surroundings, the recreation centre offering a wide range of facilities and there are some beautiful cycling and walking routes. An excellent range of water sports are enjoyed in the local coastal towns and there is a super Aqua Splash park at nearby Quesada As well as La Finca Golf Club there are several other golf courses within easy reach of Algorfa, in Quesada, Villa Martin, Compoamar, to name a few

There are no beaches in Algorfa, as it is an inland village, but just down the road at Guardamar del Segura you will find miles and miles of excellent sandy beaches together with some superb water sports facilities. The surrounding coastline is renowned for its crystal clear water and there are some wonderful spots for scuba diving and snorkelling

This is a non smoking villa but smokers need not worry, there are plenty of pleasant outdoor area to smoke.
