About the property

I am delighted to offer this very special villa, one of the best in Costa Tegusie. This 4 bedroom villa is in a fabulous location, frontline to the sea with beautiful sea views and 1 minute walk from the beaches and all the many cafes, bars, shops and resturants on this beautiful resort.

If you like a villa with a bit of character and that Spanish feel then this one certainly fits the bill. There are a whole host of features, to many to mention. Highlights of the villa are all bedrooms are ensuite with sea views. The master bedroom has large ensuite with corner bath and shower, with patio doors leading to a large balcony with uninterrupted sea views.

A large chill room / lounge with jacuzzi hot tub, and bar,feature fire place, and TV/ DVD. Further lounge/dining room with feature fireplace and TV/DVD/SKY.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave and cooker.

About Costa Teguise, Lanzarote

Costa Teguise is one of the main tourist resorts on the island, with big luxury hotels and apartments where architecture and landscape have been harmoniously integrated. As well as the main beach of Las Cucharas there are many other waterfront areas to choose from.

If sport is your thing then Costa Teguise is well worth a visit. With several diving centres, a golf course and bicycle hire shops all at arms length you can't go far wrong. For families, Ocean Water Park is based just 2km inland from Costa Teguise which boasts water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. Open daily from 10am – 6pm.

There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where the locals welcome those with children, don't be surprised if they are given sweets at the end of a meal!

Owner's Tips...

Costa teguise is a Fantastic holiday resort for guests of all ages. The resort is built on flat ground and therefore ideal for families. More subdued than Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise offers holidaymakers everything on their doorsteps including several golden beaches,all of which are safe for bathing. Las Cucharas beach has an area which is designated for use by windsurfers and is the location of several windsurfing schools.

Costa Teguise has an excellent selection of shops,bars and resturants and an interesting hand fare held every friday evening in the center of the town.
Only a few minutes drive is the islands 18 hole, international standard, golf course, which has an good resturant in the club house. Nearby is an aqua park , a wonderful day out for the children and many parents !. With its beaches, bars, shops, excellent accommodation and other amenities, Costa Teguise has something for everyone and is a favourite of many holiday markers returning year after year.
