La Casa Lujo is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom penthouse apartment with air conditioning sleeping 6 people comfortably with a huge terrace plus a 90 sqm solarium, which means unlimited sunbathing and stunning views over the resort.
The penthouse has 3 twin bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms.
Solarium with 2 sun loungers, pergola, 6 garden chairs and occasional table. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave. Balcony with parasol, 6 chairs and a table and satellite TV and DVD player.

About Murcia, Costa Calida
Situated some 20 minutes drive off the coast, Murcia is a beautiful Spanish city, largely unaffected by tourism, so if you’re looking to discover the real Spain as opposed to tourism Spain, this would be a great place to stay. Murcia is an endearing city, where the sun reflects off the beautiful architecture and the locals are well known for the wine they produce.
Evenings can be spent in one of the many tapas bars, although there is a wide range of restaurants to choose from if you fancy a full candlelit meal.
Owner's Tips
La Casa Lujo is located in the impressive residential development of the United Golf Resorts La Tercia complex in beautiful countryside in the south-eastern part of provincial Murcia. La Tercia is surrounded by abundant groves of orange, lemon, olive and almond trees, creating a truly wonderful setting. However, it is also only a short 20 minute or so drive to the blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor and the Costa Calida and Murcia airport and about 60 minutes drive to Alicante airport.
The facilities of La Tercia are expected to open in February 2009, but currently there is a Spar supermarket and communal pools which are open. Shops and restaurants of the neighbouring villages Sucina, Balsicas and Roldan are within 10 minutes drive.
20 minutes from Murcia airport. 20 minutes from beaches and many restaurants. 30 minutes from Murcia city. 60 minutes to Alicante airport.
Golf course, club house and restaurant. Aquatic driving range. Commercial centre, bars, cafes and restaurants. Swimming pools, children's play area, gymnasium, tennis courts, paddle, football and bowls. On site security.
The facilities of La Tercia will not be open until 2009, and the reason why discounted prices are being offered for the properties.
