About the property
Situated in Elviria which is close to Marbella, the villa has stunning sea views and is located in a select neighbourhood.
There is a large heated pool and sunbathing area which is totally secluded.
The villa and apartment are nicely furnished and have full central heating by radiators and airconditioning. Each bedroom is a double bedroom and two contain two metre double beds and the others contain two single beds each. There are two large shower rooms and one bathroom with shower and bath.
The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher (new), fridge freezer(new) and integrated oven and hob - the hob has two gas rings and four electric rings.
The lounge has three three seater sofas and occasional chairs, large tv with satellite and sky plus DVD player. ADSL broadband is also connected. There is a large terrace for sitting or dining and the sea views are fantastic from the lounge, dining room and terrace. One can see Gibraltar and Africa on a clear day.
The separate apartment has a double bedroom with two single beds pushed together, dressing area with 3 large wall to wall wardrobes and storeroom for suitcases etc. The shower room is roomy and modern. Adjacent there is a utility room which serves the whole house and this contains sink, washing machine, dryer and fridge for the pool drinks plus sunbed cushions.
Outside, the sea views are panoramic and the garden is very pretty and on two levels and the pool is extra large and is heated during the winter. The sunbathing area is secluded with sunbeds, chairs and tables for dining.
The owners live locally and are available for advice or problems.

Away from the modern facilities, Marbella has rather surprisingly still retained an old quarter, with many buildings having been painted the traditional whitewash and dating back to the 16th century. So whether you´re looking for sun soaked beaches to relax on, or you´re looking for something a little more culturally rich, Marbella offers something for everyone.

Owner's Tips...
There are many lovely restaurants in the locality and a book is in the villa with information on these.We have Spaniash, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Japanese and English restaurants all within 2 min drive or 10 min walk from the house.
We are just a 10 min drive from the centre of Marbella with its lovely promenade and old style villas and streets.
Puerto Banus is just a 15 min drive and Gibraltar can be reached in 50 mins by car.
There are regular trips to Tangier and Morocco plus local excursions to watch bull fights, spanish dancing horses, zoos, and other regions of Spain.
Markets abound in this area and usually one can find a market to visit on most days of the week and the prices can be incredibly cheap.
