A top floor (2nd level) penthouse at Vera Playa, Almeria in situ on a resort is 40 mins from Almeria Airport and approx 1 hour from Murcia San Javier. It is situated within 20 mins of 5 golf courses and is a 15 min walk/2 min drive from the beach.

There is a mercadona a 2 min walk away. There is also a waterpark 2 mins drive away. The resort is gated with a concierge at the front gate.

The penthouse has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and sleeps 4 persons. Air-conditioned in both bedrooms. Satellite TV available. A large terrace finished the quality of this penthouse.

Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine.

The penthouse shares the communal pool as well as tennis courts.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit will also be due along with the passport details of everyone travelling

Owner's Tips...

Within the resort (very small resort) there is a tennis court, a couple of childrens parks, a large outdoor pool and a large heated INDOOR pool (ideal for winter lets). Vera Playa has many shops/bars/restaurants and is also very close (within 10-15 min drive) to Mojacar with more. The apartment itself is a 2 bed 2 bath with a large terrace (approx 70m2). It is built to a high standard and is fully furnished inc british tv.
