About Al Andalus Thalassa
This 1st floor beautifully furnished air-conditioned apartment has an ensuite double bedroom and 1 twinned bedroom with a family bathroom, ideally suitable for 4 persons. If needed, a baby's cot can be hired.
The lounge has satellite TV, DVD player and radio/CD player. The dining area sits 4 persons and has full dinner sets and glasses. A separate fully equipped kitchen is behind the dining area.
The apartment is located within secured gated Al Andalus Thalassa development that was completed in 2007, surrounded by well designed landscaped gardens with the sound of running water. The development has 2 outdoor swimming pools and 2 childrens splash pools. Within the spa area is a small gym & spa facility with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and turkish bath. There are 3 tennis courts, 2 paddle tennis courts and a boules area. There is allocated covered parking space with the apartment.

Deposit of £100 upon booking with final balance 6 weeks prior to departure. £100 security deposit for any breakages, to be paid with final balance; and this will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection by our agent ie within 2 weeks of vacating the apartment.
Rental period is for 7 nights and for bookings of more nights; simply divide advertised rates by 7 to get daily rate. Bookings of over 14 nights attract a 10% discount & bookings of 5 nights or less, will incur €50 cleaning charge, to be paid locally. Long-term rental is negotiable & welcomed.
Additional cleaning is negotiable & cot rental is subject to availability and payable directly to our agent.

Owner's Tips
The Blue Flag sandy beaches of Vera Playa and Puerto Rey is 7 minutes by car, with Aquatic Park 5 minutes away and Go-carting in Garrucha. Nearby, there are 3 top class golf courses, including Desert Springs. Plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants all round with towns like Garrucha, Mojacar and Villaricos within 10 minutes drive. My key-holder has an A-Z directory, all within him, of the best places to eat, visit or just to chill out!

“Had another greatly relaxing beak, and will be returning next year if at all possible. The facilities are immaculate and the community staff are all very friendly and willing to help and give directions and advice.
Having an indoor heated pool and gym facilities means that even on the cooler or wet days you can enjoy exercise and the company of other guests and residents.”

“We are French and we have family in Vera. We rent for many years in Vera and this year we have rent this apartement in Agust. It's a very good property, the better we have rent. The apartement is very nice and clean. The equipement of the property was better than we think. I recommend it. And I probably will rent it in few years.”

“We have spent 2 weeks in August at the appartment, it was our second stay there, the flat it is very clean, comfortable and fully equipped.My daughter loved the swimming pool, she was spending hours in the water (there was always life guard at the swimming pool).
We will definitely book another holiday there.”
