This 1st floor beautifully furnished air-conditioned apartment has an ensuite double bedroom and 1 twinned bedroom with a family bathroom.

The lounge has a TV, DVD player and radio/CD player with the dining area sitting 4 and this leads to a fully equipped kitchen; which is ideal for 4 persons or a family.

The apartment is located within secured gated Al Andalus Thalassa development as featured on GMTV recently, surrounded by well designed landscaped gardens with the sound of running water. The development has 2 outdoor swimming pools (open May-Sept) and 2 childrens splash pools. There is a small gym & spa facility with an indoor swimming pool (opens Oct-Apr). There are 3 tennis courts, 2 paddle tennis courts and a boules area. There is allocated covered parking space with the apartment.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

Deposit of £100 upon booking with final balance 6 weeks prior to departure. £150 security deposit for any breakages, to be paid with final balance; and this will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection by our agent ie within 2 weeks of vacating the apartment.

Rental period is for 7 nights and for bookings of more nights; simply divide advertised rates by 7 to get daily rate. Bookings of over 14 nights attract a 10% discount. Additional cleaning is negotiable and payable to our agent.

Long-term lets is available and negotiable, depending on rental period.

The Blue Flag sandy beaches of Vera Playa and Puerto Rey is 7 minutes by car, with Aquatic Park 5 minutes away and Go-carting in Garrucha. Nearby, there are 3 top class golf courses, including Desert Springs. Plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants all round with towns like Garrucha, Mojacar and Villaricos within 10 minutes drive.
