Ground floor bungalow in beautiful Spanish village. Lovely garden with barbacue area overlooked by sun terrace, seating for 8 for alfresco dining. Patio doors leading to large open plan lounge/dining area with comfortable suite, television, DVD player, music centre. Dining area seats 8.
Bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet.
first bedroom has 2 set's of bunk beds sleeping 4 with built in double wardrobes.
The second bedroom sleeps two with built in double wardrobes. Both bedrooms have bedside cabinets and ceiling fan's.
Well stocked kitchen for those who enjoy cooking local mediterranean produce. Oven, grill, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. Double patio doors leading to galleria area for washing drying and storage of beach and golf equipment.
Off road parking directly outside property. We have the use of a shared pool with key to ensure privacy. Extensive sports facilities will be available from March 2009 to include tennis, swimming, golf range, club house all 2 minutes walk from bungalow. The immaculate local pool is 5 minutes walk.
Coast 10 minutes including Santiago de la Ribera, Los Alcazares, Mar Menor all lovely beahces. Airport San javier 10 minutes and numerous golf courses a stones throw away.
San Cayetano is a sleepy Spanish village with 2 bars and 2 restaurants a supermarket, bakery and bank. The Mar Menor with an abundance of water sports, restaurants and bar's is 10 minutes away. You need a car.

About Mar Menor, Costa Calida
This area is probably best known for having La Manga close by, La Manga is one of Europe’s premier sports centres, and you can expect to use some of the best facilities available.
La Manga Del Mar Menor offers whatever type of holiday is preferred. There are areas where windsurfing and sailing are more available due to the good windy conditions, but the small coves and Mar Menor Lagoon also allow for other watersports.
If a more leisurely break is your idea, then there are plenty of sheltered beaches and waterside cafes to enjoy the tapas and sangria. It is a unique part of Spain, with a cosmopolitan atmosphere and much to see and do.
Owner's Tips...
Joaquins restaurant in San Cayetano has a Michelin star chef the food is wonderful. The Rose and Thistle also in San Cayetano is jointly owned by a Scottish and English couple and is a great place for the local craic, bar snacks and a good pint sports can be viewed on the TV.
Just 10 minutes away is San Javier with the Dos Mares shopping complex and supermarkets. Santiago la Ribera has wonderful beach restaurants with live entertainment in the summer is 10 minutes away. Los Alcazares is 10 minutes on the AP7 (local motorway) and has fabulous golf courses bar's and restaurants. San Cayetano is an excellent base for a beach /sightseeing holiday and golfing enthusiasts alike. Local attractions are numerous.
