About the property
This good sized one bedroom ground floor apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard.
The well equipped kitchen area has full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a comprehensive range of cooking utensils, ideal for people who like to cater for themselves. There is a dining table and chairs.
The living area has 2 sofas one of which converts into a double bed. There is satellite TV ( ITV, Channel 4, channel 5 and some satellite TV and radio), video and videos, DVD and DVDs. A stereo system is available to play CDs, cassettes, MP3 and radio. There is also a good selection of books.
The bathroom has a large shower, bidet, washbasin and wc. The bedroom has 2 single beds, chair, built in wardrobe and other storage. A hair dyer is provided.
For your comfort there are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom and a portable pedestal fan. The main windows have mosquito nets to enable the windows to be left open at night. A safe is included at no extra charge.
The apartment has a large south facing patio area, surrounded by well kept gardens. The patio is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and table. Its unique position ensures that both sun and shade are available all day. Although the pool is only 50m away the patio provides a quiet haven for sunbathing.
Cot and other baby equipment available. Maid service is twice a week, with towel and linen change once a week.
This is a small, friendly, quiet complex, suited to both young and old. There is a reception on site, to help advise on your holiday needs. A laundry room is available for small charge. The pool is heated throughout the year. There is pool bar that serve snacks and drinks throughout the day.
The complex is in sought after central location. It is a quiet location although it is less than 5 min walk to beach, bars, shops and restaurants. The harbour and the old town are approx 10 min walk away. The nearest supermarket/bakery is 50m away.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote
About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.
For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.

Puerto del Carmen has something for everybody, from the quaint harbour with its lovely fish restaurants to the lively bars, restaurants and discos along the strip. The resort has been thoughtfully designed along the south facing bays of the Playa Grande, Pocillos, and Matagorda blue flag beaches. The beaches are safe for bathing protected southerly situation shelters it from the winds on the North and East side of the island
The beautiful flat, tree and flower lined promenade stretches from Puerto del Carmen, through , Pocillos, Matagorda, Playa Honda, El Cable to the capital Arrecife (approx 10km), it is ideal for safe cycling and walking. There is also a coastal footpath through to Puerto Calero
The new golf course in Puerto del Carmen is up and running with superb views this brand new golf course is a must for golf lovers.
Arrecife Airport is a 10 minute drive and costs approx 12 euro by taxi.
