This very popular modern, duplex villa is set on the outskirts of Playa Blanca centre with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. It is ideally positioned for strolling down to the centre of the village and to the restaurants and the beaches. The villa was built in 2008 and is comfortably and tastefully furnished.

It features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom (upstairs) has a walk in wardrobe and a beautiful en suite bathroom. The 2 twin bedrooms (downstairs) are very spacious with possibility for extra bed(s) together with a beautiful bathroom - this villa sleeps up to 8 people.

The lounge is very welcoming with its open plan seating arrangement and patio doors leading onto the terrace and private heated pool. A perfect place to sit and relax either inside or outside. For those who enjoy relaxing with the television, this villa has a (Sky) satellite system.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including dishwasher and there is even a separate laundry room.

The heated swimming pool is surrounded by a patio area and garden. The villa has a private parking for those guests who prefer to hire a car.

The villa is located on a new small and quiet complex, Los Chalets. From the terrace upstairs you have a stunning view over the centre of Playa Blanca.

For guests staying longer than one week, there will be a mid week clean.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
