This apartment has been fully refurbished (August 2008) to a very high standard with a new kitchen area, new bathroom and floor tiles throughout. Located on the second line of the very popular holiday complex of Playa Flamingo, this spacious and airy 1 bedroom apartment provides beautiful sea views and is located literally seconds from the nearby beach, shops and restaurants.
The apartment sleeps 4 adults comfortably and also features air conditioning, safe, bath & shower, washing machine, communal satellite TV, DVD with a selection of movies, new modernised kitchen area, barbecue, a well stocked library of books and games plus a south facing terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful views and weather.
The Playa Flamingo complex offers a choice of 3 pools, a kids play area, mature gardens, a pool bar and entertainment in the evenings. The nearby beach is family friendly with a gently sloping beach and sunbeds available to rent. The centre of Playa Blanca is just a gentle 15 minute stroll along the promenade.
This apartment is ideal for couples or families looking for a high quality central location near to the beach. A welcome pack is included consisting of water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.

“Just returned after a two week stay, fabulous clean property, thoughtful touch with tea, coffee biscuits awaiting us for our late night arrival. Couldn't fault it. Will definitely use again!”
