About the property

This spacious villa is based in the village of Macisvenda in the Murcia region of Southern Spain.

Being on the Murcia/Valencia border it is within easy reach of both Alicante and Murcia (San Javier) airports and within 40 minutes of the coast.

The villa has a private pool (11 x 5 metres) with patio area, a shady gazebo, sunbeds and shower cubicle.

The large bedrooms are all fitted with hot and cold air conditioning units and the master bedroom is ensuite.

The family bathroom has a shower and the ensuite bathroom comes with a bath and shower.

The american style kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and all the equipment necessary for a stress free self catering break.

There are ample comfortable sofas and chairs in the lounge and a satelitte system provides freeview UK TV chanels.

Air conditioning and central heating throughout.

Leading out from the Kitchen there is a large glazed terrace with dining table, chairs and comfy seating, making it suitable for use all year round.

An outside utility area provides a washing machine and sink unit.

The gardens have an area for ball games, a petanque court and covered car port.

Owner's Tips...

Macisvenda is a small friendly village and has 3 bars where you can sample local snacks or sit out in the evenings and watch the world go by accompanied by your favourite tipple. A small general store provides the basic essentials and a market on Monday mornings for your fresh fruit and veg.

Within a half hour drive you have the larger towns of Abanilla, Albatera, Aspe and the city of Elche providing all the large supermarkets, shopping and entertainment faciilties should you want them.

Other local towns just 10 minutes away are Hondon de los Frailes and Hondon de las Nieves, both have markets, banks, small supermarkets, bars and restaurants a plenty. The local produce of grapes is sent for processing at the bodegas and the local wine can be purchased freely.

A mineral Spa at fortuna provides a pampering day (bookable in advance - contact us for details).

Travel a short distance inland (30 minutes by car) to reach the major wine producing towns of Yecla and Jumilla and tour the local bodegas sampling their wares.

Alternatively travel the coastal route taking in La Marina, Santa Pola, Guadamar orTorrevieja.
