Enjoy this luxury sunny, south and west facing garden apartment on a quiet development with landscaped gardens and large communal pool, 300 metres from the beach and 5 minutes from Duquesa golf course.

No expense has been spared to create this very special retreat where you can relax and recharge in luxurious surroundings. The master bedroom having a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom, two further bedrooms with twin beds, plus a separate family bathroom. A large fully equipped kitchen with washing machine/drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, and a full oven and hob (all Bosch and AEG appliances). A comfortable and spacious living/dining room with a large flat-screen TV, full SKY satellite package including film and sport channels, DVD/CD player, a selection of CD\'s, DVDs and board games. There is an open fireplace in the living area for cosy evenings in the cooler months. There are heaters in both bedrooms and the bathrooms.

All linen, towels, beach towels and hairdryers are provided.

There are sun loungers, a table and chairs and a parasol available on the terrace. You will also find pool toys, body boards, beach chairs, ground sheet, cool box available for guests use.

This property is perfect for families and golfers alike. The apartment is located in Jardines de Manilva, a small residential development just across the road from the beach. A five minute walk along the beach brings you to Castillo de la Duquesa with its chiringuitos (beach bars) and fish restaurants.

The delightful port of Duquesa, 5 minutes by car or a 20 minute walk, has a wide selection of bars and restaurants, a marina and access to boat rental and water sports. For golfers Duquesa golf course is almost next door.

About La Duquesa, Costa del Sol

La Duquesa or Puerto de la Duquesa as it’s also known, is the place to go if you want a quieter holiday but still with all the trimmings that the Costa del Sol has to offer. This area is still relatively unknown, although it’s well serviced and has a fantastic climate. The local marina is a dream to stroll around, whilst it may not be as plush as that at Puerto Banus, it’s still teeming with bars and restaurants serving local fish and paella. There is a good shopping area that has a wide range of goods on offer, plus there is a craft market that is on twice a week in the port. Finally if all this isn’t enough, the exclusive areas of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 15 minutes away.

Owner's Tips...

Sotogrande and Valderama are 10 minutes by car, San Roque 15 minutes and there are around 40 other courses within half-an-hour's drive at Estepona and Marbella. For children there's a water park and safari park nearby (open summer). Gibraltar is 20 minutes away and provides some great duty-free shopping along with the sights. With easy access to Ronda and the 'white villages' of Andalucia, Jardines de Manilva makes an ideal base for sight-seeing, shopping in Marbella or Puerto Banus.
