About the property

New to the villa rental market in August 2008, Vista Atlantica is a stunning 2 storey luxury villa. Ideal for family holiday, romantic breaks and especially perfect for special celebrations such as honeymoons and milestone birthdays. Marble floors, high ceilings and an electronic entry system all add to the prestige of this property.

The villa has unique panoramic sea, mountain and island views from the unusually spacious south facing terrace area that surrounds the pool. The pool is 8 x 4, with handrail for easy entry/exit, it is electrically heated to 28 degrees and has a solar cover. Located next to the pool is a 6 person jacuzzi hot tub.

For sunbathing and relaxing there are hydrualic sun loungers with pillows and recyling chairs. There is a Canarian style built in stone BBQ for your alfresco dining, a covered dining area with Canarian seating and granite top table. A door leads to the open plan modern kitchen which is fully equipped with all the usual appliances, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, and is extremely well stocked cutlery/crockery wise, even the keenist home chef´s will find everything they need in this space.

Over the breakfast bar you'll find a huge lounge with picture terrace doors which can be thrown back on both sides so that you can enjoy the amazing views.

A 42" flatscreen TV has a satellite system with English language channels, a DVD player with films, a CD/MP3 player complete the home entertainment system here and a selection of books and games are the icing on the cake for enjoying fun nights in.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both spacious and bright, the master bedroom has a superking bed and is ensuite to an impressive marble bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower and wc. The second bedroom has a queen size double bed and the third, a twin bedroom, has two single beds, guests staying in these two bedrooms have the use of the family bathroom. These bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes, dressing tables with chairs, windows to the pool side and remote control air conditioning.

On the lower floor, is the impressive entry hall, access to the 2 car garage, and a door leading to the lower lounge. This space is home to the silver and red pool table, a leather corner settee, and another 42" flatscreen TV with English language channels, a DVD player and a PlayStation 2 games console. This lounge leads to the lower floor bedroom with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and plenty of light. There is a family bathroom on this level and the utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

A cot and high chair are provided free of charge and plastic crockery and cutlery are also provided.

Los Alisios is the development on which Vista Atlantica is located, this is a very quiet, exclusive area at the foot of Montaña Roja, the elevation of the property gives it the magnificent views. Car hire or bike hire is essential here as there are no shops or restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. This area is flat with lots of cycling and walking routes, perfect for those either training or excercising for relaxation. Minimal light pollution makes it perfect for star gazing.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
