About the property

The highest house in a charming village in between Alcaudette and Martos. Renovated to provide modern, clean and inviting accommodation.

The house has a double bedroom downstairs and a downstairs shower room. There are also two lounge areas (one has sofa bed which can sleep 2) and a large modern kitchen / dining room. The kitchen has most equipment that you will require including a washing machine.

Upstairs is a twin room, a single room and a bathroom. There is a sunny patio outside for alfresco eating and a spiral staircase to a small upstairs terrace with stunning views over the lake and countryside.

There are a number of steps in the house between rooms which may make it unsuitable for physically disabled people, sorry.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 5 people sharing.

Owner's Tips...

Fantastic location beside a beautiful lake and on the Via Verde for walkers. Excellent fishing in the lake with international competitions.

Ideally situated to explore, Jaen, Granada and Cordoba; all within an hour. Close to the Subbetica National Park with wonderful walking, birdwatching and sightseeing. including the towns of Priego de Cordoba and Iznajar and many delightful villages.
Also a base from which to explore the ski resorts of the Sierra Navada.

This is true undiscovered Spain, a place to really relax. Go back to a time when villagers sit outside their front doors on balmy summer evenings and chat to their neighbours.
