About the property

Las Golondrinas is the main farmhouse within a large finca. Together with tastefully converted outbuildings which form further accommodation, it surrounds a typical Spanish inner courtyard. There are 2 ground floor double bedrooms each with ensuite shower rooms, one of which has a level access shower suitable for wheelchair users.

On the first floor is a twin bedded room which also has an ensuite shower room. There is a large dining room and separate lounge with satellite TV. Log fires for the winter months and air conditioning for the summer make it comfortable whatever time of year.

The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The inner courtyard is shared but there is a private patio at the front.

The pool which is for the sole use of guests staying within the finca is solar heated and the pool area is protected with an insect screen.

The English owners live on site and are on hand to ensure the smooth running of your holiday. They run a poolside bar and dining room where evening meals are available on request.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

January - April & October - December	£200 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
May, June & September	£300 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
July & August	£400 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

A deposit of 20% is required to reserve accommodation. The balance is then payable 6 weeks prior to the holiday. Payments can be made safely using paypal.

Owner's Tips...

The immediate area is ideal for walking, cycling and bird watching.

Golf. There are 2 golf courses within a 15 minute drive and several others within easy distance.

Puerto de Mazarron. Blue flag sandy beaches and a flat promenade with plenty of bars and shops.

Cartagena. One of the oldest cities on the Mediterranean. Rich in culture and history but it also has some fantastic modern shopping areas.

Sierra Espuñas regional natural park. Perfect for those who like mountain walking or cycling. Terra Natura zoo and water park at Murcia.

There is something for everyone to enjoy within easy driving distance from Las Golondrinas
