About Villa 193
Villa 193 in situated on the beautiful and peaceful island of La Graciosa which is located just off the Northern point of Lanzarote.
The villa is perfectly situated in the islands village of Caleta del Sebo and is within a short walk of beaches (50mtrs), shops and restaurants.
The property has 3 bedrooms, two with double and beds and one with twin beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, wc and built-in wardrobe.
There are two lounges, one being a chill out area and the other lounge having a DVD, CD player, television and VHS video player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, etc. It also has an American style breakfast bar with barstools.
There is a patio/utility area with a patio tables and chairs. A washing machine can be found in this area. You have another terrace area with a built in table, bench seats and cushions and sun chair.
A true holiday away from the rat race!

Owner's Tips
This island with its stunning scenery, fine gold sandy beaches and crystal clear water is an ideal place for those who really want to get away from it all and have a quiet holiday in a fantastic location. There are only 500 inhabitants and the whole island has been declared a Protected National Park.
La Graciosa can be reached by a short 20 minute ferry ride from the fishing village of Orzola. Once there you can hire bicycles to explore as there are only limited vehicles permitted on the island.

What we love about our business
What I love about our properties is that they all been fitted out to a high standard and the fact that we have so many repeat customers must mean we are doing something right. Lanz Luxury Villas has a base in Lanzarote where we have a team of people who look after the villas from the cleaning of the pool and villa to garden maintenance etc so you can be assured that help/advise is close by should you need it.

“Villa was very good and roomy. Well equiped once we found it getting the suitcases from boat to villa was quite difficult given that roads and beach is very sandy.
Directions were not that clear easiest way to find it was to cross the harbour beach on the front until you reach the new villas which sit in front of the apartment the house before is number 63 turn right once you reach road villa is diagnally opposite to the left. There were no road names on our road. We found no one spoke English so a little Spanish is useful which was great.
Lovely place all the essentials in the town supermarkets, restaurants, bakers etc. without the tourist tat.
Only one issue no cleaner appeared during our two week stay so no clean sheets or towels were provided for the second week as it said in the information folder in the villa. TV didn't work either but who wants TV on holiday?
We rinsed things out and swept the place through a few times.
Beaches were fantastic and walking, cycling and wildlife was superb. Very peaceful unspoilt and uncrowded total chillout holiday.
Would make a return visit but would like to bring the Grandchildren 2yrs and 4yrs but confused by info one bit said children welcome cots provided but then it said no children under 12yrs??? Please clarify.
