About the property

Our house offers you ample space to accommodate 6 people and giving everybody enough space. Our lounge/dining area is 50 sqm leading to a also 50 sqm terrace with dining table and BBQ area.

On the roof terrace, approx 40 sqm, you can enjoy the stunning sea views and greenery. There you can chill out on the sunloungers etc.

We have 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a huge Morrocan style bathroom with jacuzzi, shower, toilet and double sink to serve the remaining 2 double bedrooms.

At the entrance level you find the family kitchen with breakfast table and a guest toilet.

The community pool has a good size with separated part for kids, sunloungers, toilets and showers and stunning sea views.

About Marbella, Costa del Sol

Marbella is the capital of tourism in the Costa del Sol. It boasts a great climate, offers fantastic beaches and is all you could dream of when going on holiday. These days Marbella has developed a rather famous following, with many of our TV and film stars owning property here, and this in turn has helped the area gain an “exclusive” tag. Designer shops and top class golf courses are available, albeit at a price.

Away from the modern facilities, Marbella has rather surprisingly still retained an old quarter, with many buildings having been painted the traditional whitewash and dating back to the 16th century. So whether you´re looking for sun soaked beaches to relax on, or you´re looking for something a little more culturally rich, Marbella offers something for everyone.

Owner's Tips...

The distances to the beach "Bahia de Marbella" are short. By car only 5 min. There are 2 prestigious Golf-Courses, just 5 min. away, which are Santa Clara Golf and Marbella Golf & Country Club. The next supermarkets and restaurants you find in the neighbor Urbanisations both directions, in a 10 minute drive.

Marbella city centre also in 10 minute with the charming old town and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Please do not hesitate to ask, if you wish more information.
