About the property

Quiet building with 20 completly renovated apartments for 1-3 pers. On 4 floors about 300m from beach of Playa del Ingles. Next to the commercial centre la Sandia and only some minutes walking from Yumbo and Cita. Heated swimmingpool, tended gardens and sunbath area surround the pool. Sunshades and deckchairs with mattresses.

Daily distribution of bread free of charge. The apartments dispose of individual air conditioning. Living room with big screen TV (via satellite), telephone, kitchenette with electric kitchen range, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, microwave etc. Terrace or balcony with 2 deck chairs including mattresses, chairs and table. Separate bedroom with TV, wardrobes and safe (on hire). Fully equipped bathroom. Cleaning 5 times a week and laundry service 3 times a week.

Reception, internet corner, free of charge. Also available self service laundry area (on hire).

About Playa del Ingles, Gran Canaria

Playa del Ingles can be a difficult place to get around, the streets look very similar and there doesn’t seem to be an obvious “town centre”. However it does have everything to offer, the 4km of golden sandy beach is a good start, followed by guaranteed sunshine throughout the year and an array of restaurants to suit everyone. Local public transport is also well served here with regular buses and lots of car hire firms nearby.

Owner's Tips...

Belmonte is only 300m away from the sandy beach of Playa del Inglés (using the stairs), 300m from the dunes of Maspalomas.

Leisure centres Cita and Yumbo (gay-friendly) only a few minutes away.
