To reserve an apartment we ask for a 20 percent deposit on booking and the balance would be due 8 weeks before holiday. Please note we also require a damage deposit of £150 (or €220) per week which is refundable on your return.
If required we can hold your dates for 24 hours whilst you book your flights and car-hire.
About Estepona, Costa del Sol
Bearing in mind the population triples in the peak times of the year, Estepona is a classic example of how you can welcome tourism without spoiling a town. Estepona is a charming old town with narrow twisty streets of two storey whitewashed houses, a great range of shops and pleasant plazas to sit and enjoy a drink or meal. It remains a very Spanish town with almost no English pubs or souvenir shops.
On the waterfront Estepona Marina has a fantastic range of boats to admire, with plenty of cafes and restaurants to lounge in. There are three beaches to choose from, all of which offer a good range of watersports.
In the town there are four museums and many archaeological sites to see and as well as colourful parks and gardens. Wonderful parades and celebrations take place particularly January 5th; early May; July Feria; August 15th & New Years Eve. Estepona is a truly delightful place to stay and enjoy "real" Spain.
Owner's Tips...
The apartment is next to the Kempinksi Hotel for a cool cocktail or the hire of water sports and a few minutes further down the beach is Laguna Village with Puro beach with it's exclusive boutiques and bars and restaurants. Five minutes by car to Estepona, where you will find banks, shops, bars, restaurants, clubs and casinos. Going towards Malaga by car you will find some great places to eat and shop from San Pedro, Benahevis, Puerto Banus, La Canada Shopping centre and Marbella with it's picturesque orange square.
Plenty of activities nearby for the children, including Selwo Safari Park, Crocodile Adventures, Tivoli World, Aquasplash and Funny Beach in Marbella with bumper-cars, go-carts and mini-bikes.
Sports on offer nearby include horse-riding school and two tennis clubs. Sea fishing trips and dolphin cruises operate from Estepona and Gibraltar, whale watching ships from Tarifia and a diving school in Marbella. Thers is also plenty of sight seeing within driving distance.
