Nestled in a quiet apartment complex you will find 26 spacious 1 bedroom apartments overlooking the tropical gardens and communal pool.

The apartments have twin beds with fitted wardrobes. A bathroom with sink, toilet and a bath with shower within.

The kitchenette has a hob, sink, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. A breakfast bar splits the room to the comfy lounge area with a sofa that couples as a 3rd bed for a child. There is a TV for your use.

Outside you will find a private patio area with a table and chairs that overlooks the pool area and views of the ocean. Sun loungers are provided around the pool plus parasols.

The nearest beach and the Puerto del Carmen strip is a 10 minute walk away and on foot the nearest supermarket is about a 3 min walk away so these apartments are ideally situated and close to all amenities.

About Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious.

For nightlife in Puerto del Carmen you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area you'll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
