This beautiful penthouse apartment is ideally located only 400 metres from the best beach on Crystal Sea in the Mar Menor. It is 20 minutes drive from Murcia airport and 1 hour from Alicante.

The penthouse benefits from a corner location with superb views from the terrace and large private solarium above the property, accessible from the terrace.

It is on the 4th floor; there is a lift. The penthouse has been furnished to a very high standard and affords every modern comfort for you to feel like you are at home. There is centralised hot and cold air conditioning throughout.

Through the front door is the twin bedroom and guest double bedroom sharing a bathroom with walk in shower.

The kichen has white fitted cupboards and has all modern utilities including hob/oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is an iron and board.

The lounge has a dining area next to the kitchen and access to the front is through patio doors. There is a TV to watch DVD's and a music centre.

Stairs from the terrace lead to a large solarum which is private and ideal for sun bathing and sun downers.

The Mar Menor is a paradise for swimmers and a haven for all types of water sports fans scuba is widely available.

Close by is the Calblanque natural park with kilometres of unspoilt beaches. The top class La Manga Golf Club Resort is only 5 minutes drive. It offers a lively international atmosphere with casino, shops restaurants and 3 championship golf courses. There are another 7 championship courses only 30 minutes drive away.

The nearby villages of Los Belones, Cabo de Palos, Algar and La Union offer an insight into Spanish culture.
