About the property

Frontline view with breath taking view across 16th fairway and lake towards town centre.

Sleeps 4 comfortably, 4 single beds easily made up to 2 doubles, linen provided for both set ups. Fully air-conditioned in bedrooms and lounge/dining room. Full central heating. Full linen and towel set supplied, residents need own beach and pool towels. 1 ensuite bathroom and 1 shower room, hair dryer supplied.

Telephone to receive calls and able to make free calls to contacts in all Polaris resorts. Internet availability (need laptop, telephone connector and internet card – available from many locations in resort).

Community pools nearby. Full compliment of patio furniture on ground floor patio, 1st and 2nd floor solariums.

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £150 security deposit is due, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

The resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 mins to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few.

While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre's 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer.

There are 14 swimming pools, as well as tennis courts.The unique Town centre is a Waterside village with shops, bars and restaurants including:
