About the property

Villa Son Reira located in the heart of this wonderful Island of Majorca. The Villa Son Riera is part of a 50 acre estate owned formally by families of Nobility,
designed with families in mind, who are looking for a very safe and peaceful environment to enjoy summer holidays.

Situated on a level, fully fenced plot of approximately 4 acres, which is planted with almond, fig, olive, plum, walnut and many other fruit trees.

This luxury villa is south facing and was built in 2004 in a very traditional style to blend in with its natural surroundings. The interior of the house has a very modern elegant contemporary style. Villa Son Riera comprises of an entrance hall, sitting room, dining room, kitchen/breakfast area, laundry room, Five bedrooms in total.

Outside terrace area with table and seating for 10. Dining inside with seating for 8 with leather chairs.

Bedroom one with 2 single beds is at ground level perfect for the grandparents with a walk in shower ensuite and private entrance from the pool and outside terrace no stairs or steps involved. Bedroom two has two single beds and carpeted floor. Bedroom three has a 2m x1.80 four poster bed. Master suite with king-size bed, huge walk-in-shower, dressing room and sitting room area. Entrance to your own private terrace with a heated outside 4-6 people jacuzzi overlooking the valley perfect in the heat of the day or dark of the night.

Stunning infinity swimming pool 13m x 4m max – 120cm to 170cm depth), lawned garden, 6 sun loungers and numerous outdoor chairs.

Luxury modern fitted kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest cloakroom, full SkyTV package, 47 inch Plasma TV, ping pong table, bar, table football, Playstation 2, exercise spinning bike.

The 5th bedroom....With walk in shower and separate dressing room, on the lower level with access to the pool. This can be converted to a children`s playroom with large TV, table football, play station etc. This must be requested at the time of booking. If the games room is required, there will be 4 bedrooms, although the single beds will still be available for 9/10 person but must be placed in other rooms.

All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, individually controlled air conditioning and direct access to the many outside and covered terraces for you to enjoy a lazy read of a book or glass of local wine.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 10 people sharing.

Period:	Rental prices
1 July - 5 Sept 2008	£2,900 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
April, May, June and September	£3,500 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
July and August	£4,800 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£500 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure, along with a £500 refundable security deposit.

Passport details of all persons travelling will be required.

About Palma, Majorca

Like most cities, most of the residents on the island live in Palma. Majorca’s capital city is a vibrant, cosmopolitan city by the sea. There is so much to see and do in Palma. It’s worth exploring the many buildings of historical interest in the old part of the town, including a visit to the famous Cathedral. Food lovers will also be in heaven in Palma, the city has a wide range of places to try, everything from a quick pizza to takeaway, to a romantic meal serving traditional dishes. Most of the main attractions in the city are located around the old walls to the North of the cathedral, although to truly experience Palma, you need to view it from the waterfront when the sun bounces off the cathedral and the Almudaina Palace, a sight not to be missed.

3km from Son Riera is Sineu a small pretty rural town surrounded by rolling countryside and is known for its wide variety of restaurants and its weekly market where agricultural prices are set for the whole island. With the beaches of the north so close and many pretty towns and villages close by, this really is the ideal location to enjoy the real Majorca ...
