This ideally situated large luxury two bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 7 people is close to local amenities and boasts a beautiful communal pool, plus a further smaller pool. There are two restaurants and a supermarket next to the complex and many more bars and restaurants nearby. La Siesta golf course and restaurant is within walking distance and clubs can be hired out for rounds of either 9 or 18 holes. The balcony area is extensive and is a beautiful place to relax and meals and drinks can be enjoyed with 180 degree views of the mediterranean.

The lounge and dining area has an open fireplace, tv, sky tv, dvd player, bed settee and air conditioning. Two sets of sliding doors lead you out to the balcony with its magnificent views and patio furniture. The kitchen is equipped with oven/grill and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is located in the 2nd bathroom/utility room. The hallway takes you to one twin bedroom and the main double room with fitted wardrobes and both benefiting from air conditioning.

Parking is available directly outside this desirable 1st floor apartment. Car hire would enable you to benefit from some of the fabulous locations within easy reach of this apartment including Marbella, Puerto Banus and the great beaches of La Cala and Cabopino which also has a small and beautiful harbour with some fantastic restaurants, only a 5 min drive!

Golfing enthusiasts can relax with the thought that they are surrounded by championship courses and a good challenge is literally just around the corner.

About Calahonda, Costa del Sol

Calahonda is a growing holiday resort, located just down the road from Marbella. Like all tourist areas, it’s well serviced for holidaymakers and offers a superb beach. As a fairly new development, Calahonda has a modern feel to it, you may have to drive island if you want to see old architecture and “pueblos Blanco’s”.

Statistically most visitors to this area are English, so speaking fluent Spanish isn’t a problem. Even in the bars and restaurants, English is spoken and you’ll discover a range of food can be ordered, there’s even Indian restaurants. For shopping it´s best to head for the El Zoco complex, here you’ll find plenty to spend your money on and there are places to eat afterwards.
