About the property
Modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom first floor apartment with communal pool - situated at the side of a beautiful lake and just 2 minutes walk from long sandy 'blue flag' beach.
The spacious living and dining area has a dining table for 4 people, a 21-inch TV with satellite channels, Play Station 2/DVD player, CD player and a double sofabed. It is fitted with a ceiling fan and a further two free standing fans are available at the apartment.
The master bedroom has patio doors out onto the terrace, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and table lamps. It is fitted with a ceiling fan. Ensuite bathroom with a bath, toilet, and over-bath shower. There is a towel rail and a storage trolley. The twin bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a bedside table with table lamp. It is fitted with a ceiling fan. Linen and towels provided. The shower room is located next to the twin bedroom. It has a toilet, wash hand basin and shower cubicle.
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, spacious fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and all the necessary day-to-day items needed for your holiday. A door off the kitchen leads to the utility room with a sink/drainer and washing machine. There is also a clothes horse for easy drying.
Doors from the living room and master bedroom lead to a spacious terrace. There is a patio table and six patio chairs. The two sunbeds and two reclining deckchairs can be taken down to the pool area. The terrace overlooks the communal pool and the lake.
There are two communal pools. The main pool is kidney shaped and approximately 22m long. There is also a smaller children's pool. A lifeguard is on duty between the hours of 11.00am - 9pm. Use of the swimming pools at phases 2 & 3 adjacent is also allowed.
If you do not wish to enjoy the traditional "Spanish Siesta", the apartment terrace is bathed in glorious sunshine from early afternoon or the beach is just two minutes walk away. There is a poolside café/bar with a terrace open between 15th June and 15th September. There is also a small children's' play area. There are also 2 communal, traditional, Spanish "padelo" tennis courts. A gym and 2 saunas are also at the complex but opening dates are not yet confirmed.
There is secure underground parking and lift access to the apartment.

About Almerimar, Costa Almeria
Travelling from the province capital of Almeria only takes around 40 minutes. Whilst Almerimar is ideal for a quiet, relaxing holiday, it also has an array of sports to choose from if you decide to get active. The vast marina dominates this otherwise small resort; you can easily gaze at the yachts whilst having a quiet drink or light meal. Alternatively you can play golf! The nearby course has all equipment available to hire and they welcome new visitors. The resort has beautifully decorated restaurants, furnished in traditional Moorish style, plus there’s lots of choice for going out in the evenings.
Owner's Tips...
Brisas de Almerimar is located between an 18 hole golf course (with an extension to 27 holes underway) and Lake Victoria. The Natural Park, Punta Entinas, is also very close. There are horse rides through the Natural Park, exciting rounds of golf, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, tennis courts and a harbour nearby, and all only two hours from the Sierra Nevada ski slopes. The area is very popular with cyclists and the long stretch of well-lit promenade is perfect for that early morning run or late night amble.
The sandy beach with a couple of beach bars, a restaurant, and plenty of toilet/shower amenities are literally just across the road to the right of the apartment complex.
At the front of the complex, to the left, a 20-minute walk up the promenade will take you to the marina where plenty of tapas bars, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket can be found.
