About the property

This amazing villa was originally built 5 years ago as a leisure facility so you can imagine the space and comfort you will have! All of its 5 bedrooms open out onto the pool where there is plently of space to sit back and relax whether you are looking for the sun or shade. An added childrens pool ensures that families are catered for as well.

The living room has a fabulous old style ballustrade which leads up into a turret joing the roof. A separate games room is also provided with darts, a pool table and basket ball, to relax after a hard day, a sauna is also provided. Although the villa has the feeling of being in the countryside, you are still only a 15 minute drive from the beach and the city of Malaga. Alhaurin de la Torre is also home to a range of diverse restaurants, bars and shops which are a short drive away.

The owners please ask that you leave the villa as you found it. Cleaning service is provided weekly with fresh sheets and towels.

Holiday rental prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 10 people sharing.

Period:	Rental prices
November and December	£2,780 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

20% deposit is required to reserve week. A normal 200€ damage deposit is required, however Sol Villas reserves the right to increase this depending on party type.

The owners ask that the villa be left as found. Weekly cleaning will provide fresh linen.

Alhaurin de la Torre is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the Costa. A great base for exploring inland Andalucia.
