Villa Morgan is a stunning Polaris World El Valle resort 3 bedroom villa on a corner plot. A very bright and airy villa with private heated south facing pool and garden. The house sleeps 6 persons and features the following.

Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit. Second double bedroom with twin beds. Further twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Second bathroom. All linen and towels are provided except beach or pool towels. Two foldaway beds are available for 7/8 persons.

Lounge area with seating for 6. Dining with seating for 6/8, Satelite TV and DVD player, open fireplace, Internet access, Ipod docking station.

The kitchen is fitted out with a microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer with water dispenser and icemaker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher. Full compliment of 6 dining sets, complete cooking utensils and pans/pots. Utility room includes washing machine.

Outside facilities include a private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers. Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6/8.

Polaris offers discounted golf for clients of this villa, and this includes other courses at Mar Menor and La Torre (and others being completed in the near future).

The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

Holiday rental prices

£200 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure. A refundable £200 security deposit will be required, along with the passport details of persons travelling.

Pool heating is £100 extra per week and must be booked in advance.

Owner's Tips

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all.

San Javier Airport is a 20 min drive.
Alicante Airport is a 1 hour drive.
Murcia City is 15 min drive.
Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.

Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.

As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts (green fees payable), with courtesy buses running between them all.
