About the property

This property is located right in the middle of Puerto Rico.

This is a 2 bedroom bungalow and it can accommodate from 2 to 6 persons. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds in it. There is also a pull-out sofa bed which is a double bed in the living room. There is also a travel cot, if needed.

This bungalow has all mod cons and has air con in the bedroom. The kitchen has a new oven and hob, there is also a microwave, a fridege/freezer, an iron and an ironing board, a hairdryer, a safe, a TV, a DVD player and a CD Player.

The bungalow is thoroughly cleaned once a week, all bed linen and towels are changed.

This bungalow is in a small private complex which has its own pool. There are security gates in this complex and it is very safe.

The main shopping centre with all the shops, restaurants and pubs is only 2 minutes away and the beach is a 15 minute walk from this bungalow.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 2 people sharing.

Booking deposit of £150 (€200) (non-refundable) required to secure dates.

Extra £150 (€200) returnable deposit against any damages.
