The lounge opens out onto a newly tiled and pleasant terrace area, which is furnished with patio table and chairs. The patio with garden overlooks a large communal swimming pool.

This quiet, well maintained complex offers a large communal swimming pool and separate children’s splash pool. The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace where guests can relax and sunbathe whilst appreciating the mature garden areas.

Located only 5 minutes walk from Playa Flamingo beach and a short 10 minute stroll from a range of bars, restaurants and shops.

For guests staying more than one week there will be cleaning along with sheet and towel change after one week.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
