About the property

Villa Greaves is a 3 bedroom front line golf villa which can sleep 6 people, with a number of large terrace’s as well as a private garden and a pool, it has excellent access for those with mobility difficulty and small children, as the entire villa is on one level, with both private and off street parking. The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

This three bedroom villa has a large lounge and separate kitchen with a utility room, with all Bosch appliances and two bathrooms.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom with a jacuzzi ensuite bathroom with double vanity unit, and two further twin rooms. There is a further family double shower room.

Lounge/Dining room - This is furnished for up to 6 people, with settee, chairs and cushions. TV and DVD.

There is a full oven and hob, toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, full crockery and cutlery, washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc. The kitchen has been fully equipped with Bosch for all major appliances including double door American style fridge freezer.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 6 people sharing.

£200 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure.

A refundable £200 security deposit will be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

Owner's Tips...

The perfect location for the serious golf enthusiast with some of the best golf in Spain. With a choice of 4 Jack Nicklaus Golf courses all within easy reach with courtesy buses running between them and as a guest you will have access to them all. San Javier Airport is a 20 min drive. Alicante Airport is a 1 hour drive. Murcia City is 15 min drive. Beautiful beaches of Mar Menor 20 mins drive.

El Valle is in a superb location, nestled at the foot of the Carrascoy mountains but only 10 kilometres from the city of Murcia but still only a 20 minute drive away from the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. With miles of sandy beaches the Mar Menor is an inland sea which means the water is always warmer, usually 5 degrees warmer than the Med, usually has no currents and no sharp drops making it perfect for children, plus there is so much of it, it is never packed. It is also very popular for its water sports, jet skis, waterskiing, diving etc.

20 minutes drive is the first aqua park in Murcia, Aqua Natura, which is part of the zoo Terra Natura and is now open. Aqua Natura, the first water park in Murcia, is part of the zoo Terra Natura, is 30,000m2 and is split into three different areas: One with slides (10 slides which includes the Kamikaze ride). The "lazy river" where you can relax and let the water take you along. This area includes a solarium where you can rent sun beds, a swimming pool.

Everyone should make the time to go into Murcia itself, it is a beautiful historic city with stunning architecture and a grand Cathedral, there are many squares to discover with pavement cafes perfect for people watching, a main high street with shops and Corte Ingles, a large department store, and a maze of side streets full of interesting shops.

As a guest you will have unlimited access to the golf and facilities on this and all other Polaris World Resorts, with courtesy buses running between them all.
