Our luxury Spanish apartment on the elegant La Torre Resort is perfect for golfers and families.

Large south facing terrace for barbecuing and sunbathing with direct view of beautiful resort pool. Mini market, 4 on-site restaurants, bars all within 10 mins walk.

2 elegant bedrooms including air-conditioning, 1 modern bathroom. Sleeps 4.

Modern, fully equipped kitchen. Sunny, airy lounge with big homely sofa, LCD satellite TV, DVD and CD player for your entertainment.

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and are based on 4 people sharing.

1 June - 14 July	£350 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
15 July - 5 Sept	£400 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)
6 - 30 Sept	£350 per week FLAT RATE (regardless of party size)

£150 booking deposit per week, with the balance due 10 weeks before departure.

A refundable £150 security deposit will be required, along with the passport details of all persons travelling.

Polaris World Resorts are unique in Spain, with a walled perimeter and a security gated entrance, manned 24 hours a day. They are exclusive resorts with numerous on site activities and facilities, something for everyone ensuring a perfect holiday for all.

The resort is ideally located with many places of interest to visit, close to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor with miles of sandy beaches famous for a wide variety of water sports, 20 mins to new aqua park, a short drive to the historic city of Murcia, a choice of new shopping malls, plus loads of outdoor activities, horse riding, hiking and cycling to name but a few.

20 mins from Murcia City.
While staying in this property you will have unlimited use of not only La Torre's 18 hole golf course, but the golf courses on all the other Polaris resorts, all in close proximity, with courtesy buses running between the resorts. The Club house has a pro shop and bar/ restaurant with terraces overlooking the driving range, entertaining even if not a golfer.

There are 14 swimming pools, as well as tennis courts.The unique Town centre is a Waterside village with shops, bars and restaurants including:
