About the property
Villa Ines is a detached property in Los Coloradas, midway between the world famous Papagayo Beaches and the new Marina Rubicon. To the rear of the villa is the stunning volcano range, in which, the small village of Femes is located (fantastic for its wonderful sunsets).
From its totally private and quiet location, you are very central to all of Playa Blanca's beaches, restaurants and places of interest. The villa is all on one level, and consists of 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, an air-conditioned lounge, dinning room and kitchen. 2 of the bed rooms open directly on to the south facing sun terrace and pool. The villa has white shutters on all the rooms to help keep the property cooler during the hottest of times, which is an excellent addition to this beautiful home.
The private pool is both solar and electrically heated and as you will see from the pictures is not over looked and has gardens to both sides. As the terrace and pool receive the sun all day, it's also good to know there is ample shade available under the beautiful covered pergola, which has a variety of very comfortable bamboo styled furniture from Africa, this adds immensely to the ambiance of the property. To the side of your home next to the bamboo furniture is the villa's BBQ so perfect for outdoor entertaining.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote
Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
