About the property

Our first floor apartment in Medas Playa is located on the sea front, in the centre of the resort with a magnificent sea view. Estartit’s wonderful sandy beach is literally just across the road from the property.

The apartment is equipped for six persons and has three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one single plus an extra bed which can be placed in either the single room or the double room. The main bedroom has ensuite facilities and there is a 2nd bathroom.

The kitchen is well appointed and equipment in the apartment includes large fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, washing machine and TV. From the living room, patio doors lead out to a large south facing terrace overlooking the communal gardens and beach.

The complex has a lift. This property is situated 50 metres from the beach and is very conveniently located for shops and all amenities. Clients renting this apartment through Estartit Owners Club are lucky enough to have the free use of the lovely swimming pool at the Santa Anna Hotel which is a few minutes walk from the apartment.

About L'Estartit, Costa Brava

This modern holiday resort is probably best known for it's watersports. It has one of the best dive schools in the Costa Brava and many people come here for that reason alone. Underwater are some great coral reefs that divers just can't resist.

However this family resort has more than just watersports; the beach itself stretches some 5km, it is safe and clean and provides hours of fun for younger guests and it popular with families.

Owner's Tips...

Estartit is an ideal place for a family holiday. It has a 5km stretch of beautiful clean golden sand. It is world famous as a diving resort as the Medas Isles which protect the bay are a marine reserve. There are many restaurants and bar lining the sea front and the resort is within easy reach of Barcelona and Girona.
