About the property

Villa Aras San Antonio is situated in the Costa Papagayo area of Playa Blanca and is a short distance from all the beaches, bars, restaurants and shops and also from the local weekly market. It is also near the stunning Marina Rubicon with its designer shops and waterfront restaurants overlooking the luxury boats and yachts.

This villa has been furnished to a high standard and has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 further bedrooms each with twin beds, a shower room, lounge with a leather suite and a television with satellite TV, DVD player and a CD player, a dining area and an inner garden. The fully fitted kitchen comes equipped with over/hob, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a utility room with the dishwasher and washing machine.

Air conditioning is available in the lounge and master bedroom. Electric fans are provided in the twin bedrooms.

It is outside where Villa Aras San Antonio comes into its own with its fantastic bespoke 8 metres x 4 metres heated swimming pool and large sundeck with loungers to relax and enjoy the Lanzarote sunshine and then take a dip in your own private pool. You also have a covered alfresco dining area where you can sit with a glass of wine and watch the chef at work preparing the steaks on the gas barbecue (so there is no struggling to get the coals lit).

If that's not enough, you also have a sun terrace on the roof.

About Playa Blanca, Lanzarote

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.

The front is populated with a variety of beaches, notably Playa Dorada, Papagayo (reckoned to be one of the best on the island) and Playa Flamingo. Playa Blanca has a relaxed atmosphere compared to the more upbeat nightlife in Puerto del Carmen, restaurants on the front feature a wonderful sea view - perfect for couples and families.
